Samsungs latest mirrorless camera the NX11 comes with the new iFunction lens

first_imgA week before CES, Samsung has just rolled out the NX11, the successor to the popular NX10 and Samsung’s latest mirrorless camera with support for changing lenses. The NX11 ships with a standard 18-55mm i-Function lens, which is a new innovation introduced in the NX100, which affords photographers an easy way to control their camera’s settings without taking their eyes off their subject. It works by adding a button built right into the side of the lens that allows users to adjust their settings without looking at the LCD, and can activate controls like aperture, shutter speed, ISO and white balance. If you like i-Function, there’s two more lenses to try out as well: a 20mm pancake and a 20-50mm zoom.Inside, the NX11 boasts a best-in-class 14.6 megapixel APS-C sensor, far larger and more light sensitive than those used in micro four-thirds. Rounding out the features are a built-in flash, an electronic VGA viewfinder, a 3-inch AMOLED LCD display, reduced glare, enhanced color reproduction, 720p HD video recording. The price? A beefy $649.
