INNOVATIVE NEW PROJECT HOPING TO TACKLE CHILDHOOD OBESITY LAUNCHED IN LETTERKENNY

first_imgMotivate Educate and Exercise Together (MEET) project aims to tackle childhood obesity through the provision of community based family centred programmes in Donegal. The MEET project is FREE and has 2 programmes focusing on well being, nutrition and physical activity.By engaging in “Healthy Lifestyles” (Prevention) and “Making a Difference” (Management) programmes we target families seeking to encourage healthy life choices through positive lifestyle changes within the family.
